FLN. Wonderful beverage to start off our beer share night! Missing Tony D. and Dave. Clean, crisp, slightly tart, a little fruity, with some barrel notes. Delicious. Thanks Jerry J. Even Eric S. liked it (I think).

Licht perzik/abrikoos in de neus. Lekker zuurtje en een beetje droog achter op het gehemelte.

Underripe apricot, puckering acidity. Not a ton of big juicy fruity complexity, but definitely notice it's there. The age has thinned it just a tad.

Perfect amount of carb. Great clarity. Aroma of apricot jam and cereal, Little bit of apricot based liqueur, Slight funk. jammy apricot taste! Mellow funk, aged lambic sherbet, slight oak and barrel notes as it goes on. Very little sourness. Well balanced

In an excellent place, fruit still nicely there but all that Cantillon funk is nicely settled in and acidity is low/med

Sour, tart and definitely apricot both taste and smell. Held up very well, very good!
