Tamminen navetan tuoksu, sitrusta, jotain hedelmäistä makeutta. Pehmeä maku, hiilihappoja hyvin vähän, tammitynnyri ja lopun kuivakkuus kyllä maistuu reilusti, sitrusta, happamuutta. 4,2/5

Barrel aged and tart aroma. Oakey, vinous, sour and white curranty with very little carbonation. Promising, but a bit one dimensional.

Apricot, red apple, lemon, gooseberry, red grape, balsamic vinegar, musty funk, leather and oak with a dry vinous slight acidic finish. Great complexity with a medium body. Lovely balance between the funk and the fruit. Excellent unblended lambic
