Super fresh. Green apples, straw, slight earth and oak. Some funk present. Refreshingly sour but finishes bone dry

It’s a crime to drink this so young, but I don’t care it tastes incredible! Who says you have to age everything. Acidity that is at right angles to the rest of the liquid but somehow works, light funk, and citrus flavours bring it to life. And that colour

Noe bitterhet, noe fat, noe funk, noe syrlighet. Helt flat. Kan ikke vi dra til Belgia, så får Belgia komme til oss! Ahh!

Nice moist cellar, white grapes and mild horse blanket. Sharp white grapes, sharp gooseberry and lemon juice. Finishes with brett and under ripe white grape and oak tannin. Strange with no carbonation, seems much more astringent

Delicious bday treat. Big blue cheese off the nose. Wildflower honey & orchard fruit running through a very still, very delicate lambic body. Light floral character & minerality but it’s actually quite round overall. Tartness, dryness, & funk in balance

No carbonation at all! Great flavor (gooseberry). Like a perfect white wine 💪🏻

Apricot, red apple, lemon, gooseberry, red grape, balsamic vinegar, musty funk, leather and oak with a dry vinous slight acidic finish. Great complexity with a medium body. Lovely balance between the funk and the fruit. Excellent unblended lambic

Muscat, astringent, funky, lemon zest bitter aftertaste. Probably still young, but still enjoyable
