Second time having B1. I was really curious about how it held up after these years. It opened with lots of vanilla in the aroma. We weren't expecting this for sure. Taste was well rounded with vanilla and raspberries. Just a bit more acidity than fresh.

juste superbe ! c'est pas ACIDE c'est acidulé. odeur grenadine funky, en bouche c'est pareil, leger funk, très fruité, la petite pointe de vanille vient sublimer le tout pour apporter une pointe de gourmandise....trop chouette !!

Belle acidité (plus qu’un rosé de Gambrinus), belle complexité un bon goût de framboise, une légère note de vanille. Équilibré, très aromatique. Très Cantillon, quoi.

After surviving an absolutely crushing two weeks, I think a nice lambic is well-deserved. And as expected, this one does not disappoint. The Framboise underneath is still dominating, with subtle hints of blueberries and vanilla woven in between. Heaven.
