2019. Fruit and vanilla have dropped off a bit. More acidic now. Still lovely, but a different beer

At Cantillon! Interesting lambic. Tart and a bit sweet. Slight berry flavour.

2921 vintage - Like RdG on steroids. So heavy on the Raspberry, with hints of spicyness from the vanilla. Almost like a Noyaux. The couple of years in the bottle has done it good, sinse the 2022 is way to intense to be enjoyable.

Anyone who says that a beer isn’t tangy enough should be given this. Deep, potent tang. Honestly, it takes a second for the taste buds to calibrate.

완전 쨈같고 새콤한테 바닐라 뉘앙스가 올라온다. 취향이 아니라 먹진 못했지만 부재료가 정말 폭팔적이고 바닐라을 이렇게 섬세하게 쓰는게 인상깊었다.
