Really nice evolution in the glass, citrusy, funky, soft caramel and light bitterness. Nice texture too. This was great

Only getting the dreggs, but even then this is earthy obviously funky, with a good red berry pit, like raspberry and red currant, undertones.

Hoooo mama. Dis funk seemed to be dug by most of the crew. Not my style of choice, but always enjoy trying something new (and really old).

More funk than other vintages. As it opens up some more acidity balances. Great sipper to cleanse the palate after the stouts. 4.4

After some time in the glass there’s oak, diluted lemon juice, salt, green olives, hints of bitter herbs, and light peach notes. Mellow and complex from the selection of barrels and time. A little more subdued than I want.

L'effet en bouche a perdu un tantinet de sa magie mais c'est une belle cuvée une fois qu'on s'aventure au-delà des feuilles mortes.

Hmm. Aroma was ruined by that "dank aged cantillon cork". Beer was great. Mild acidity, super cheesy and funky like all LPGs. Camembert rind. Tasty - unfortunate for the cork smell. Maybe need to check in on another lpg soon

4.6. Impressionnante de complexité. À la fin ça en devient limite trop. Vieux fromage, croûte, bois, cuir, côté herbacé. Soyeuse et carbonatation parfaite.

wow. Tack T-dog. Kunde inte önskat mig bättre. Trodde kanske mer men vilken skön jordig härligt syrlig känsla. Fortfarande tokigt gott och lyxigt galore.
