This is great. Mild acidity, delicious funk on the nose and palate. Lemon, oak, delicate, great body. Dusty lambic tones. Thank you Greg R.

The pinnacle of guezes. Itâs hard to believe I woke up at 8:30 AM for this, at the same time, itâs not hard to believe at all. Would you believe me if I told I wasnât the only one wearing a cantillon shirt here?

Havenât had this in years. Cap had some pretty extensive mold. Aroma was super funky that walked the line between pleasant and not. Amazing flavor though. From Sunday night
