This has transformed quite a bit over the last 3 years. Complex seedy stemmy raspberries, lots of tannin, some funky yeasty business, and a huge puckering sour note on the finish. Very tasty but probably the most sour Cantillon bottle I've had, damn son

Нос:очень яркая свежая малина,орехи,масло,цветы,сено,мята.Вкус:ярка малина,перечная мята,чуть сена,Сливочное масло,солома,ваниль,кефира чуть.Средняя Кислота,едва уксуса,почти сухо,чуть лакто.Малина вяжет.Баланс ок,но ждал больше бреттов и сухости
