Ruby color. Good carbonation. Sour raspberry nose mixed with best yeasts. Fruity, strong sour kick. Amazingly fresh finish.

Extremely sour, but I love the raspberries together with the funk. Could be even higher if it wasn't so sour.

Raspberry is overpowering. The base doesn’t shine enough. It’s good, don’t get me wrong… it needs more time or perhaps less fruit. Perhaps the “juiciest” Cantillon I’ve ever had.

Rien à dire, toujours du très bon Cantillon. Moins de funk et plus de fruits qu'à la pression j'ai trouvé, un peu plus acide aussi. Pas le même millésime peut-être. Très bon

Deep, deep red, ultimate sour blood, the mother of all sour brews. Great load of raspberry and cherry hidden deep in the ultra sour blood brew. Complex aroma with vinegar and berries, all the wild bunch. Hard to swallow. Not for faint hearted.

Soirée 100% Cantillon 10/11. Mauvaise bouteille ? On a été malchanceux. Graines de framboises brulé, terre humide, souffré, vinaigré. Fini dans le drain :(

Mauvaise bouteille I guess... d'habitude j'adore cette bière, c'est vraiment dommage. Là cà sent la terre noire humide à plein nez c'est zéro agréable et en bouche ça goûte les fruits moisis, infecte.. 😢
