The hops have not fully broken down in this bottle. Still lots of funk but a very bitter finish.

2014 bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a small off white layer of foam. Aroma and flavor shows notes of tart wheat, old floral hops, some light citrus, and classic Cantillon funk. Not overly sour. Has maybe fallen off a bit but still really good.

Aged phenomenally. Slight malt, funk, subtle fruit, and smooth. Thanks Compton! From visit last weekend to Texarkana.

Perfect beer to celebrate the last night in Rozzie. Aged beautifully, almost smokey, and slightly sour. Perfection.

After many years, the bolder hop flavor of Iris has finally subsided. The acidity has become balanced and melded together with a nice softness and age. It is subtle and delicate, finally. Non fruited and non wheated Cantillon is unique and special.

A great start to a fun afternoon. Big nose of funk with melon ball scents and a very light smokiness. More melon in body along w notes of apple cider, slight grape, light peach skins, and lemon peel. Just the right level of tartness to help balance. 4.4

2017-02-19, 750ml bottled 2014-12-18. Pour dark yelloish orange no foam. Aroma is acitic. Taste is acid of coarse. High carbonation. Long tart finish.
