Bottled 9 (or 6?, label was blurry) March 2016. I have tasted Iris a couple of times and it was fresh. This bottle is very different from what I remembered about this beer, but in a great way..Lots of funk, cheese and hops. Amazing foam for an 8yo beer!

Hi, It’s Vitya

Аромат: мёд. Вкус: йод, сладость, умерший хмель. 8 лет Iris нет смысла выдерживать. Четырехлетним понравился больше

Reeeeeee-visit. Gained a really decent softness. Some acetic, fruity, with a dry finish…

Creamy, floral, minimal bitterness. Green veggies ala Mamouche. Thanks B D.

That is... Unique? I get this very bitter taste which is very tasty, almost like herbs, floral as fuck. Not sure what to think about this, need to taste it a bit more, I really like it though at this point!

Bottled March 9, 2016. Woah...spectacular!! Soft carbonation and silky smooth. The taste is funky, earthy with a dry zesty finish. Delightful.

dock .25 because the tea characteristics of the finish are a tad strong. otherwise this beverage is exceptional. brewed 26th December, 2016, this is wonderfully aged. a very unique beer

11/20/22 backlog. Outrageous and pure class of this lambic. Iris at its peak of aging maybe. So balanced carbonation. Old hops. Cheesy, woody, funk, vibrant, slight floral and mold. Superb expression of a lambic. 4.70

What a great aging, wine notes and fruity still string, balanced with sour and tart hints, and a funk base. Super complex

Perfect. Wildflowers, so much barnyard funk with biscuits. Put this bitch in the oven at 400 and 25 min later you'll have a delicious load of bread.

From the dusty basement. Plums and hay/straw in the nose. The taste brings me back to being a kid, trying to dodge yellow-jackets hovering around all the decomposing apples that had fallen from our crabapple tree.
