Young Lambic. Rustic. Farm, funky, moldy. Sweat, barn, horse, hay, leather. Full red grapes. Tamed, tiny aggressiveness. Acidic. Woody. Huge fruit peel, tannins, peddio sense. Low-medium bodied, silky, mineral, crispy. Elegant. Still need some aging. Big.

Right. Lush body, substantial but lightened with just right carbonation. Massive grape, with tannins attenuated by the mouthwatering base. Such a great beer, and paired well with two dishes it overlapped with.

17 avril. La Tana. Y avait la salle à manger et le spot des VIP avec Dario et Fabio . St Lamvinus for the win. Ça marchait super avec les pâtes.
