Bottled 12/6/21 - slightly flat/still. Definitely get the grapes in color and flavor.

1日目は上半分、トップとミドルを。 酵母でくすんだアロマなのにフレッシュな印象付け、含むと硬い液体のはずなのに柔らかく強い果実酸味と酵母の旨味。タンニン的な渋味とランビック自体のビターのタイミングが一致してしっかり終いは締めてくる。 情報量が凄いのに飲み疲れない。その気になればすぐにでもボトルが空になる。まだ若いんだろうけど十分好き。4.6.

Honestly the first Saint Lamvinus I didn't absolutely love... Actually got notes of apple cider vinegar which I never get get from Cantillon. Still has a lot of the excellent grape character to cancel it out, but I'm still disappointed.

Primo juice. Classic Cantillon wine expression. So soft, balanced, and easy. Would love to start my day with a splash of this.
