La subtilité à l’état pur ! L’équilibre parfait, acidité très légère, le vineux explose en bouche, un poil sucré et astringent mais bon.. sûrement trop jeune

Super mellow, pleasant red wine sweetness with a hint of funk. Needs a lot of time to develop some more funk

Wonderfull! Really the bridge between wine and lambic! Tartness, dry, but also a bit sweet. Really complex and lovely!
