Such wine like grape tannin and oak laden flavor. Sweet, but brightly done ans a juicy disposition. Tart, but balanced with the sweetness.

Fles met Maarten. Helder robijnrood zonder schuimkraag. Geur is bessen, druiven. Smaak is fruitig, bessen, perzik. Medium zoet en zuur. Heerlijk.

LC; BTD: 12/06/21; I’ve only had Lam a few times, so not easy for me to compare to other bottlings, but I though this was great; split with Adelaide on a rare lunch without the kids; super mellow acid, soft funk, obviously vinous; perfect carb. Enjoyed.

750 ml cap/cork, bottled 23/11/21. Seems to have gone from 5% to 7% c.6/7yrs ago. Not drunk earlier one so can't compare. Pours clear ruby red. Merlot grapes macerated months in Lambic then 2nd fermentation in bottle. Smooth, tart, vinous. God it's good!

향긋하고 막판에는 살짝 스파이시한 뉘앙스도 도는 예쁜 포도향. 단맛이 살짝 도는 맛. 그냥 맛있음

Super funky on the nose, with a hint of fruit and pepper on the nose. Surprisingly smoothish mouthfeel, medium bodied. Tart, funky, and fruit throughout the palate. Dry, slightly tart finish. Good stuff.
