Zwanze Day!!! El ruibarbo no me mola demasiado en la cerveza, pero se bebe muy bien. Aroma terroso y especiado, me recuerda a pólvora, y en boca pelín dulce y afrutada.

琥珀のような麦色で、少し濁ったビール。 香りは、当にランビックで酸っぱく良い感じ。 味わいは、少し水っぽいが、オーク樽の香りもしっかりする。乳酸菌のような酸っぱさだが、程よく飲みやすい。

Beautiful peach-gild pour, no head. Aroma of stone fruit, apricot, leather and Brett, Taste follows with some citrus and honey.

Vintage 2021. Thanks Alex! It’s tasty. Smells a little of diaper and sour milk but the rhubarb overpowers together with the sour grains. Very tasty.

Very nice rhubarb lambic. Rhubarb is quite subdued but adds a lovely touch. Not overly sour. First time finding Cantillon on tap!
