Zwanze Day!!! El ruibarbo no me mola demasiado en la cerveza, pero se bebe muy bien. Aroma terroso y especiado, me recuerda a pólvora, y en boca pelín dulce y afrutada.

Belle couleur, aucun col, gazéification assez forte. Acidité assez intense typique Cantillon, suivi d'un aspect umami (funky) et quelque chose de plus végétal qui doit provenir de la rhubarbe. Excellent lambic!

Very appealing! Balancing dank, sour, fruit and malts perfectly. Not too sharp, even accessible (for Cantillon).

2019. Beaucoup de sésame grillé au nez et en bouche, la rhubarbe est très subtile mais quand même présente. Nath fait une grosse compétition a Foufoune pour ma gueuze fruitée préférée de Cantillon.
