Absolutely sublime. Everything in balance: cobwebby mineral notes, green grapes, balanced funk and fruit, light petroleum, tannic pithy dry finish

Yesterday. 10/4/16 bottle that’s drinking fantastic right now. Leather, cedar, Brussels basement, oak, lemon, and tart minerals. Minimal acidity, tastes like it’s a lot older than 8 years. 4.4

Drinking beautifully right now. Cantillon Geuze needs a fair amount of time in my experience, but around that 6-7 year mark it really starts to shine.
