Pre-BXL Cantillon visit nu met Maarten, Maurice & Hailey! Diep en donker, alsof er een chocolade stout onder verscholen gaat. Veel rode wijn.

闻上去马厩臭，入口柔和沉稳的葡萄汁带着逐渐散发的单宁香气，没有太重而是平稳葡萄汁带来了活泼感，整体极其平衡，入口淡淡的酸味接着是逐渐明显的葡萄汁果甜，骨架饱满，真的是理想中的完美加葡萄的兰比克，真的感受到天花板了

This is fantastic. A beautiful blend of lambic and wine. No tartness. Full bodies slightly jammy wine. Only the mildest carbonation.

15 avril. Salle Ogivale Tasting Moeder. J’ai adoré cette bière. Cerises, confitures, funk, ronde mais pas too much intense non plus. Un event 10/10

Batch 2 again. Starts off way better than the one had a few days ago at the moeder, but still too easy. Grows with nuances coming out from the grapes used. Decent but not remarkable. 4.15 or less.
