Nice dark Gueuze with a crimson colour. Made from a dark deep purple grape. Flavour is nice and smooth.

Gaat echt sterk naar rode wijn. Heel droog en acidic. Zeer zwaar wel voor de maag.

11/10/22 bottle: jam, rhone Grenache blend, light rubber, purple berries, and light tannic funk. I enjoyed it more than others at the share, but it has some rubber/bandaid that wouldn’t blow off. 3.9

Une base plus puissante que les autres, quifait penser à un rouge bien charpenté, manque un peu de funk mais ça doit devenir très très cool avec le temps
