Absolutely phenomenal! The rhubarb is bright and earthy, with a bit of a cherry fruit brightness and a sour funk. Love the finish and nose. Such a treat. Thanks MF J. For the treat!

Je suis tellement reconnaissant d'avoir goûté à ce produit. C'est pour l'instant mon coup de coeur de la soirée. C'est tellement un beau produit qui balance entre acidité et sucré. La rhubarbe est clairement à l'honneur. Meilleure que Fouf 2020.

This is doing well. Low acidity but still nicely fruity. Nicely leathery sweaty funk.

4.35 - complexer dan de Vermeersch lambiek. Meer zuurtjes, zalvend mondgevoel, klein bittertje in finish. Lekker!

Nice rhubarb funk nose with a mild acidity and some stone fruit sweet like funk mixing on the dashboard. Smooth and delicious offering.

Idag firar vi att jag sagt upp mig samt fått ett nytt jobb! Då åker finflaskorna fram! Inköpt 2019 i Bryssel. Doftar både lite saison-ish, och lite syrligt lambic. Mjuka syrliga toner utan för mkt hästfilt eller vinäger. Mild och fräsch och grym balans.
