got experimental at The Porter today. Only got this because Sean O. gave it a 5. Not sure how to rate this because I don't typically f with lambics. But it was sedated and not too bad. Actually refreshing. Cheers.

Light tannins, big acidity, earthy salinity. Lots more rhubarb than I remember. Great way to start.

Acetic with a huge hit of rhubarb! Quite jammy and almost lemon sherbet. I love how they balance their brett-y funk with the rhubarb. Lovely fruited lambic

Very chalky, dusty, vegetal aroma with caramelised sugar. Tart rhubarb, clotted cream, followed by lemon sherbet. Finishes with yoghurt and tart gooseberry, minimal funk. Not bad, was hoping for more. 2020 up next. 2019 cork
