Nose: rich stone fruit and butterscotch notes. Palate: very mild fruit, mostly aged lambic, still tastes like a juicy bite of fruit.

There's something off about this bottle - the fruit smells quite fresh, not pulpy or rotten. Seems like it didn't ferment correctly or something. It's a bit edgy and sharp. Not pleasant at all. Super disappointing.

Heerlijk zacht, mooi zuur. Abrikozen komen mooi terug. Flink complex. Licht houterig.

Happy Birthday Katrin S.! Super mineral and funky. This bottle is heavy on stone fruit. Apricots, yellow plums. Rather acidic.

Smells like ass, tastes like heaven. Some sulphur notes but plenty of fruit and yoghurt. Pleasure to drink, happy birthday eve x

Soft and creamy with soft tartness. Dried apple skins, lemon zest and rhubarb rock.

This one had a strong plum flavor that was just fantastic. Never had a fou like it (including previous bottles of 2019)

Cantillon recommends drinking Fou “within one year after buying”. So the wife and I are doing a 2019 vs 2020 tasting. We both agree the 2020 is better in every way - creamier, fruitier, less acidic, and just look at that color! 2020 on the left/2019 right

Too much carbonation.. Not what I'm used to with cantillon

Doesn’t quite have the usual pop that I expect. Big green apple notes on the nose, less so on the palate. Just not my favorite version of this beer, even as I enjoy it.
