Strong floral hoppy aroma. Sour, then tart, then bitter. Sour in line with Cantillon gueze, but a nice hoppy bitterness rounds it out, similar to dry hopped pale ales. Leaves a nice tart/bitter finish. Exceptionally balanced and well crafted.

Tqt Louis, on e' rachète une la semaine pro pour boire avec toi et vieillir les autres 😘 pour la bière, c'est mousseux en bouche, légèrement sure, longue en bouche

Excellent new batch. Seems fruitier and less bitter compared to previous bottlings. 3 Feb 21 bottle date.

Typische cantillon funk in combinatie met kruidigheid van het dryhoppen. Lijkt wat op een zure saison, lekker.
