Ikke så meget vanille efter 2 år. Og ikke helt så 'fluffig' rabarber. Men stadig den eneste øl med rabarber der er verdensklasse.

Vertical with 2020 vintage. Clearly more fresh rhubarb fruitiness in both aroma and flavor. Sharper sourness and overall better than the older vintage. 4.1-4.2

Last one not yet tappd. Again pretty good, this time maybe just too clean and centered, needs more complexity and "wilderness". Still good and tasty though. 4.2?

Nice one to solo dome! Aging well and good vegetal funk and tartness.

Super dry and sour, still a good mixture of funky sulphur on the nose and tart fruit

Semi-sweet rhubarb nose, pie like with light earthy vegetal funk. Bright and funky flavor, more tart and fruity rhubarb than vegetal, balanced acidity, prickly, brine and funk on finish.
