Alweer 4 jaar op de teller, maar stil kicking strong! Typische Cantillon funk met een stevige zuurheid en nog steeds erg veel fruit! De veroudering proef je wel in het fruit terug: gekonfijt fruit jam-achtig! Tonen van amandel em eem hintje nootmuskaat!

The sweetness of the cherries is gone. Very smooth. Slight tarness. Woody. Not too carbonated. A lot more character than a fresh Kriek. I think I prefer this over a fresh one.
