De loin la Cantillon la moins acide bue à ce jour. Très délicate. Oaky et porto. C’est très bon.

Veel beter dan in mijn herinnering. Lichte zuren en enorm veel karakter van het vat. Niet per se van de porto want die zit zelf wat meer naar de achtergrond

Met kerst komen de klappers uit de kast. Botertje zacht, eikig, volle bak citrus, wat hooi en een coatend mondgevoel.
