Moderate acidity, notes of grapefruit rind and green apple, slightly nutty, a nice vinous quality, a bit of oxidative character, and some oak notes. #DecanterAndInappropriateGlassware #DealWithIt

Still lots of (oxidized) port and dark fruits in the aroma, same in the taste followed by bitter grapefruit, stone fruit, musty, oaky.

Great beer. First sip was very metallic, but changed as it opened up. Fresh, appley, stone fruity, yet deep, funky and port wine. Beautiful.

Portvinsfadet tilføjer bare noget kompleksitet som er fuldstændig himmelsk.

This is stellar. Tones of tannins from the port, soft acidity (almost non-existent) huge oaky port notes and clean, dry finish. Hints on cranberry

11/25 bottling. Enamored at first sip, in love with the last. Light funk that follows with deeply complex port without much sweetness. Late celebration beer for our country escaping the current demagogue.

Bought at the brewery 9 months ago and waited until now to open it. Great reminder of our trip to Belgium.

So good. Love the [wal] nutty character and the faint sweetness from the Porto barrel in the background. Sante iedereen!

FLN. Everything you want in a Lambic, with a pleasant sweetness. Thanks Jake E.!

Really enjoyed this one. Port notes, dried raisins to start followed by slight phenolic funk.

Typical top cantillon funk aroma, with a little red wine. Tastes great like most cantillon. Loads of barnyard funk, rustic bread, old malt, lemon, honey, slight red wine again, little bit of port/fortified and aged wine, orange, apricot, pear, oak

Like a classic gueuze funk up front with a sweet port finish. Really fantastic.
