Very champagne-like on the nose, but taste it uniquely nutty, caramelly and savory for a loony toon. Delicate acidity, very low funk, and soft of body.

Creamy mouthfeel. The port seems to add some viscosity and a tad of sweetness, but it’s not as prevalent as I thought it would be. Really nice.

Wow, the port barrels really pop on this. Literally smells as much like port wine as lambic. Sweet wine notes and briney Brussels funk. Fruity and mildly acidic. Decanted for 30 mins. So good.

Deep gold, light haze, white head not lasting long. Wood, funk, hints of port on the nose, very promising. Medium high sourness and bitterness. Nutty, easy drinking. Delicious with morbier and serrano ham.
