Quite a young gueze. Slightly tart and funky with floral and spicy noble hops notes.

Robe : orangée, trouble, bonne pétillante, bonne mousse mais qui tient pas longtemps. Nez : acide, vieux vin, barrique, bois, ananas bien mûre. Au goût : acide, vinaigre, pomme, abricot, légère astringence en fin de bouche. Bonne pétulance.

Bottled Nov 2019. Funky nose, bitter pink grapefruit, slight floral, lemon and honey notes, mild bitter end from the hops, which have now faded a bit. Still a good 'un. Happy birthday to me 🎁

Enorm stallig, funky in aroma. Smaak zit op vrij scherp zuurtje dat blijft hangen. Zure abrikoossnoepjes. Het bloemige van de hop is nog tikkel aanwezig. Kurk was kantje boord, maar gelukkig smaak onder controle

Eerste maal lambic. Heb het wel voor zuur dus kan dit wel hebben. Desondanks moet het toch wat op me groeien. Zuurtje komt stevig in de mond en blijft lang hangen.

Rześki, owocowy i stajenno-skórzany aromat. W smaku nuty pomarańczy, agrestu i cytryny, finisz lekko chmielowy. Pyszka!

Nummer 2 met de zuurbier connaisseurs - originele keuze van Arends. Lambik met Hallertau hop, wat mij betreft neutraliseert de hop het zuur een beetje. Nasmaak is wat vlak, aards

Z kranu fajniejszy niż z butelki. Rześki, owocowy, odświeżający po dniu pracy. Wysycenie niezbyt wysokie. Überpijalne.

Veel houttonen, licht zuurtje en wat perzik en citroen.

Lemony, lemongrass, funky in nose. Citrussy, herbal, sweet lime juice in taste. Extremely well balanced, really nice brew!
