Dam nice combination of hops and lambic... tart upfront with dry stone fruit and citrus fruits followed by a flat hop taste. Nice

Huge lemon and tons of dusty and funky hard cheese. Loads of oak character without too much tannins. Nice bitterness and dry refreshing finish with leather, lemon, funk and herbal notes. No sulphur and low acidity. Good old CSG.

Sitting on this one since Christmas 2019, worth the wait. Fresh and light, balance of tart and bitter, slight funk, dry citrus. Really enjoyed this one

Sage, horse and green hop aroma. Really cool balance of acidic hop, lemon and green hop bitterness. Mellow lemon follows, into tart lemon and minimal funk to finish. Brilliant mix of fresh hop and old lambic

Korken gick av när jag skulle öppna, men återstoden gick att få upp enkelt. Fräsch doft med citrus, mineral och lite funk. Ordentlig skumkrona. Len,lätta bubblor, smak av citronkaramell, stall och ganska mycket persika. Syran medel. Låg beska. Mycket god!

Delightful lemon, green apple, white grape, wheat on the nose that’s a touch musty, oaky. It’s fruity w/ emphasis on citrusy orange zest with a bit of floral bitterness. Med- acidity, med body, and easy to drink. Yes to hoppy lambics. 4.6

Probably my favorite non-fruited Cantillon lambic. Lots of fantastic horseblanket funk. Not as cheesy as their geuze, but a lot more musty pithy citrus fruits. Always a treat.

Excellent at 3 years old. Amazingly can still taste the hops. Better aged than fresh

Still so beautiful, I love the subtlety of the minerality coming through. Lots of wet hay and stone fruit on this, almost peachy and lemony
