It's been 5 years since I had this, what a shame. That little bit of dry hopping add an amazing fresh floral flavour.

Bien funky, le cuir, l'étable, on y est. Une acidité agressive au premier abord puis on s'y fait très bien, terreux, plutôt long et très bon.

Sitting on this one since Christmas 2019, worth the wait. Fresh and light, balance of tart and bitter, slight funk, dry citrus. Really enjoyed this one

Hoppy nose. Takes a moment to adjust to in a line-up of geuzes. Pairs well with the empanadas we had. Bitter

Le dryhop apporte une note citron. Sur la finale on retrouve un peu de yaourt à la pêche, et enfin le petit côté boisé sauvage acide/amer. Pas (encore) mon style, mais j'aime bien retester de temps en temps.

Dry grapefruit, wet wood. Pine needle, tree bark. Honeydew melon when first opened. Bright hop characters really show through.

Quite a young gueze. Slightly tart and funky with floral and spicy noble hops notes.
