Oh lord. The funk, the dark fruits, the delicate mouthfeel, spicy red wine finish that just lingers. Real deal lambic

This is remarkable now after 4-5 years. Red fruits, vanilla, mild acidity, barnyard, blue cheese funk, light mustiness, light puckering tannins in the finish. Lambic is really dominating the fruit now. Really special when that happens with old grapes.

Celebrating the next chapter of my life with the best beer, bourbon, and friends tonight. I wish everyone important to me could be here right now. I got a job offer today for something I never thought I’d have a shot at. Everything is perfect tonight.

Ça fait quelquefois que j’ai la chance de boire ce millésime et je le trouve hallucinant. Mais je suis un peu biaisé, Saint Lam c’est une de mes bières préférées depuis que je bois de la bière dans la vie. Marylie O. 🙏👌

Getting a touch of acetic vinegar, but everything else about it is lovely. Grape comes out much more are the bottom of the bottle.

Funk and oak barrels, rich flavors of red grapes, plums, blackberries, lively effervescence, ending superbly tart and dry. Moving the borders from great wines to galactical beers.

Виноград, умеренная мягкая плотная кислота. Очень хорошо, легко и сухо

A veritable symphony of grape must, stem, and barrel. The aroma is a bouquet of enticement. Velvet-smooth mouthfeel, impeccably balanced acidity. This one is a tour of grape from start to lingering finish.

My final beer at Panda Express from one of the best years in this house. Dry, oaky, red wine goodness. End of an era!

Not as good as 2014 but still great, missing a little velvet on the mouthfeel
