Nez assez proche d'une oud bruin, vinaigre, cerise. En bouche c'est bien acide, cannelle et tanin en fin de bouche, presque vin chaud. Un côté très vieille prune aussi. Complexe, sympa, mais sans plus

Worth the taster. Signature wild flavour there. Strong nose, good taste.

Tartness to the max! Both nose and taste lead with a berry-skin-like tartness, with slightly earthy and woody funkiness. Downing a big bottle if this might be tough, it's good that there was a keg that could measure out a smaller portion. Rare delicacy.
