18(?)Oct'19 bottling. Funky flowers. Very pleasant aromatics, peach and apple, mild but assertive acidity, beefier body than I expected from Cantillon.

Как будто более грубая версия Racine. Свежее, кислое, мб чуть горьковатое. В целом хорошо. Правда кажется вкус винограда не особо почувствовал.

Très beau lambic un peu sur les fruits tropicaux et noyau de pêche. Funk de Cantillon, pas vraiment acide (une 2018 l'était pas mal) et beaucoup de texture. Miam!

Light, fruity, sour and tart. Citrus and grapes, more saisony than vinous. Some sweetness, a bit of funk, very clean and refreshing. Fantastic after a day of traveling.

Was going to get this bottle later this week but the guy I was drinking with said it was his favorite so he got one. Agree, it's just a very nice beer.

Otroligt len. Druvor, vitvin, lambic. Syrlig, fräsch! Blandningen gifter sig otroligt fint!

For et matøl💛 Andre gangen jeg drikker denne til mat. Nå til Risotto og kylling fungerer denne bortimot optimalt. Herlig syrlig fruktighet. Aprikos, stikkelsbær, honning, pære, nellik og funk. Godt kjellerpreg, komplekst smaksbilde og knusktørt💛
