Ietsjes warmer deze keer, iets meer smaak goeden handel. Had toch wel wat extra flesjes moeten kopen

Good but definitely not as amazing as earlier years. Lacking the complexity and mouthfeel that made this beer.

Nose definitely remembers me the barrel room of Cantillon Musée 💛 Such lovely taste, funky goodness 😋, amazing series, I like their work one grapes 🍇 Cantillon 🍇

Subtle and elegant. Since 2019, Cantillon ages on Viognier, not Muscat anymore.

Beautiful Lambic nose. Wilderness. Funky, moldy, farm notes: leather, barn, hay, horse. Totally classy. Tiny cheese feel. All acidic, aggressive. Hidden green grapes, maybe some peel, tannin. Dry and astringent finish. Crispy, low bodied, mineral. Lovely.

Expensive highlight of the night ! Probably nicer on warm summer day, today it felt fresher. Yet, as subtle, floral and reminiscent of white wine as I remember from the 2018 I had in Brussels!

A year of cellaring probably did it well👌. Super popping white grape, that gives off apricot, green apple and pear too. Musty, corky, oak, medium / light acidity. Light apple cider vinegar. Really expressive and not too young!

Its been so long since I had Vigneronne, but damn it's a great lambic! Loads of fresh white grape must, underripe stone fruit, lemon, drying oak, apple cider vinegar and a musty funk.
