Ma première Vig depuis le changement de cépage. Vigneronne était pas mal dans mon top Cantillon et vite de même je ne capote pas autant. C’est quand même sublime et ça me rejoint de plus en plus à force que mon verre avance. Je vais m’y faire ;)

Stafford Woods: 10/12/20 bottle: white grape, green grape skins, Brussels airborne bacteria, light pepper, oak, organic cereal, cedar, and vinegar, and loon funk. Tasting nice this fresh, but could see this being 🔥 in a few years. 4.3

Very nice. Pleasant acidity. Maybe a touch too sweet. Classic Cantillon funk a bit on the low end but it’s fresh so that’s fair. Probably should be just under 4.5

Fresh. Usually not a fan of white grapes but this one is really nice. Better than last time I tried. A note in the description that different grapes were used.

Tarty, hay, straw, farmhouse, funky, dry nose. Flavor is moderate to heavy tarty, funky, yeasty, dry, resinous, flowerish. Body is medium, text is oily, fizzy carbonation.
