Confermo, purtroppo, punteggio e sensazioni provate all’apertura dello stesso batch di ottobre 2020 qualche mese fa: decadimento dell’uva clamoroso che non lascia spazio ai suoi cenni migliori. Timida pesca acerba e citrico con finale astringente.

Geur scherp, in smaak opvallend zacht. Neigt wat naar een farmhouse door de stalsmaak. Stro.

LCI. Verwachtingen volledig ingelost. Smaakbeschrijving klopt volledig. Enorm gebalanceerd met die druiven, zure tonen en die florale achtergrond. Belgische kwaliteit op en top! Blij dat er nog 1 in kelder ligt!

Lci. Zeer veel druiven en neigt dan ook licht naar een witte wijn, maar de lambik zit er nog heel mooi in met een florale toets, mooi zuurtje en heel droge afdronk. Cantillon + druiven is en blijft een gouden combo !

La petite beauté de la soirée, même si ce n'est pas donnée. Le côté lambic prend clairement le dessus sur le côté vineux même si ce dernier amène une belle douceur. Parfait pour les débutants. Au nez, grosse présence du cuir avec un peu de zeste d'orange.
