LCI. 4.3, might be my favorite fresh Nath yet, still a bit sulphury but less and the rhubarb seems more pie like. Will age nicely!

W aromacie głównie stajnia. W smaku delikatny rabarbar, stajnia, przyprawowe, na końcu lekko octowe.

Aroma has sharp, cheesy funk interspersed with acidic tomato. Initial flavour brings in fruit bill: rhubarb and raspberry. It’s bright and spritzy. Light mouthfeel. Finish is acidic with that cheesy funk. Fairly developed for the age. Nice.
