Sunshine hay preserved lemon rich earth. Vibrance and complexity, light and intense, mouth watering but quenching. Tang a lang. Don’t tell me to tear myself away from drowning in this aroma; I can’t and I won’t. You’re perfect just the way you are.

Thanks Dom! Nez tout en douceur, sauvage, rhubarbe. En bouche c'est doucement acidulé et sauvage. On retrouve facilement la rhubarbe. Assez délicat avec une finale de longueur moyenne. Pas ma pref de Cantillon, mais un très beau produit. 4.35

J'aimerais aimer la Nath plus que ça, il y a quelque chose que je ne semble pas saisir dans cette bière. Je l'aime quand même. On verra si la prochaine fois c'est différent.

crisp, with a well balanced tartness. the rhubarb compliment the funk nicely.
