La rhubarbe sort un peu gras et prend pas mal de place au final. Une Cantillon qui doit vraiment gagner à vieillir quelques années pour que l’acidité reprenne un peu le dessus sur le fruit

Moins plaisant que la bouteille de la même année mais c'est bien en réchauffant. Assez sur le côté terreux de la rhubarbe, comme s'ils avait utilisé le pied sans le rincer haha

Grosse rhubarbe que j'aime pas tant....mais ça sort tellement bien que tu as pas le choix de mettre une grosse note

Rabarbra er en fin tilskudd her. Det gir smak og kompleksitet uten å dominere. Funky, barnyardy, horseblankety med sitron, strå, eik, pepper, hvitvin, og litt bringebær.

Rhubarb. I should have done better research to avoid the last mediocre beer spot. This is amazing. Classic tart but light sweetness.

Rhubarb flavour is very strong. Spicy and peppery on the finish, with some balanced acidity and sourness. A nice one for sure.
