LCI another 5, two that's right in handing them out like tic tacs. This was almost the winner of the night too tbh, was blown away by how good rhubarb lambic could be. Have 2 bottles in the cellar and I'm looking forward to drinking them

Light hazy orange color, no head at all. Aroma: rhubarb, bit funky. Light, bit sirupy texture. Flavor: sour, tart, rhubarb, oak, well balanced

Slightly less cabbage than the 2019. Much more sugar rhubarb, along with hay aroma. Lemon sherbet, ripe rhubarb and fresh yoghurt. Then gooseberry and funk. Finishes with more rhubarb and white grapes. Miles better than the 2020, more fruit prominence.

Easing into NYE with the finest rhubarb lambic. Tart, juicy, smooth. A little dry. Would age beautifully but I couldn’t wait

Sooo much rhubarb. Acidity is pleasant, and fades quickly into really big rhubarb flavours.
