Tuoksu ja maku on jotenkin hieman persikkainen. Jännä kun tässä on vaan rypäleitä. Happamuutta on, mutta hallittavasti. Haastava, mutta elegantti. Aika erilainen Cantillon.

Fruity, funky, balanced with a sweetish honey-like flavor, less mineral and dry than the Plaisir, more vinous reminiscent of a Tokay.

So pungent. Fresh. Rich green grapes. Tannic. A tart juice. Wild, acidic. Low aggressiveness. Fruity. Some stone fruit edge. Almost a cupuaçu feel. Complex. Unexpected. Low bodied, silky, mineral, crispy. Refreshing. Funky, leathery, classy. Just lovely.

Really enjoyed this. Soft grape, little dry. Good funk. Will only get better with some age.

So winey and incredibly creamy as a fresh Cantillon. Nearly not funky at all. Only pleasurable tartness in the finish. A great young one. Thanks to Rory M.

Really strong dry white winey aroma (for lack of a more nuanced description). Starts more sour, with slight barnyard funk, then a much richer grape/oak flavour. Buttery notes, creamy texture. Subtle pepperiness as it warmed. Lovely. Thanks Beerspammer

Thanks Rory M. For bringing this to the share :) just felt it feel short or was a bit vapid in terms of tart , funk and also carbonation was quite low . Also this variant blended with White wine grapes may not be my preferred style. still deserves a 4.4
