I keep trying Fou' Foune expecting something different, and every time I have similar thoughts: it's missing much of the Cantillon funk I enjoy, and the peach isn't as explosive as I'd like. This one is more like underripe peach — wish it was sweeter.

Aromat owocowo-kwaśny, dość lekki. W smaku trochę wit C w tabsie, kwaśna cytryna podbita owockami. Dzikości relatywnie mało, trochę zgagowe, lekko ściągające. Sprawia wrażenie nieco mało dojrzałego.

Apricot everywhere. Apricot transmogrified by brewing but still persisting. A relatively gentle sours Esa and a fine jammy apricot tongue.

Nice sour and tart apricot flavor. Almost cider like in flavor, dry, not jammy like most lambics

Was planning on aging all my Fou' but couldn't resist cracking one fresh. Big apricot flavor! Quite sour too. BD: 17-08-2021.

True sour. Bright apricot and peach notes. Very smooth. IMHO, nice, but not worthy of the hype.
