Siempre es un lujo encotrarte viejo amigo. Que cantidad mas burra de albarocoque y melocoton en nariz. En boca la acidez esta bastante controlada.

tons of funk but also super nuanced and complex. tart ofc but very apricot jammy, and some kind of strawberry jam note too. insane how good cantillon beers are

Har været for flink ved Fou Foune i tidligere rating. Må erkende, at det ikke er min kop øl. Ved sgu ikke om det er abrikosen, der gnubber mig på den forkerte måde, eller den (eller jeg) simpelthen bare er for sur. Uanset hvad kan jeg ikke lyve længere!!

Morelka all the way! Trochę skóry, kurzu, końskiej derki. Chwilami jabłko mirabelka i brzoskwinia. Kwaśność umiarkowana.

Middle one. 18- to 24-month aged lambik batches, conditioned on Bergeron apricots. Started in 1998 by grower with the name “Foufoune” recommending these apricots to Cantillon, and it took off.

Not as good as draft last year but not bad, just a tad acidic. Much better than 2021 bottles for sure. First beer of lambic fest!
