Nice white wine-ish lambic. Soft and low carb

Nez très floral, très muscat. Bouche moins muscat, mais floral, légère sucrosité, légère acidité, plus cidre que vin.

Elderflower, floral, Smokey phenols that fade, and with a pilsner malt element, antique books, cigar box. Taste is mildly sweet, perfumy grape. Very interesting. 4.3

4.30 I Dominant beautiful grape notes on the nose as well as on the palate. Nicely balanced and virtually no carbonation. Slightly dry on the finish

Some oxidation that is pleasant gives a nice introduction. Dry as a good white wine. Some lingering flowers honey too. Fine acidity, more ordinary than the recent stuff. Tart, dry, funk. Really balanced in the end, classical wine hybrid. 4.4
