Tart, juicy white grapes, deep funk and lasting sour. Incredible beer. Popped this to celebrate the wee one’s Christening! (Picked up from Against The Grain in Morningside!)

A primeira vez a gente nunca esquece... Kkkk.. uva é o carro chefe, de coloração palha, trás um aroma de uva verde e a média acidez na boca, além da uva e do caroço, já que entraram na fermentação, funky. Final seco, corpo leve e com boa carbonatação.

Rigatoni alla Norcina pairs quite well with a Vig. Sauce was also made with Viognier wine by Tenimenti d'Alessandro.
