Aroma is red grapes, tannic, fruity. Particular. Great job with the grapes. I think that is definitely too young. I would love to have the possibility to try it in the future again...

These Grenache noirs grapes 🍇 are amazing in this stuff 😋 Vinous, tannic, funk, all the menu with the work on grapes are mad 👌 Bottled 22.12.19

Great refreshing grape characters. Tannins, acidity & fruit. Less dry than St. Lam but almost in the same vein.

Very grape forward and vineous without much lambic coming forward which results with somewhat simple taste profile. Would love to own one of these bottles and open if up few years down down the line.

Perhaps the best hybrid I’ve had. Mellow and juicy. Will be lovely to see how this ages

Thanks for sharing this 🐳 Ryan. Nose and flavor of fresh farm manure, sweet grape, bramble berry, vanilla oak, hibiscus, rooibos, strong vino, cherry, grape skins, and loon bugs. 4.4

4.55. Grapes one nose. Funky and a little bit green. Medium acidity with medium-low bitterness at the end. Vinous at the beginning and shows up amazingly beef-tallow-ish aroma at the end! Maybe a few years more it'll be deeper.
