Sour funk nose. Lively carb. Slightly acetic but not overly sour. Delicate funk and wood. Little one dimensional, slightly too full. Looking fwd to reading this after my next one in a year or two.

It’s the base model but it’s still a Cantillion. Solid sour ale. Has light malt profile w lemony notes. Mild sour tartness in the finish. Really solid wild ale. Always enjoyable. Mild and smooth. Light but decent complexity. Not bad at all.

Simple, yet tasty. Too bad the cork disintegrated a bit despite horizontal storage.

Nice oakey character. It’s sour, but not too tart. Mild apple flavor.

0,2 fra flaska. Lett fjøsaroma. Smaker funky grønne og sure epler. Flott karbonering som gir mjuk følelse I ganen. Litt snørpende. Frisk og veldig behagelig å drikke.
