Sweet citrus and some funk. Little sweeter than I like, but still nice with my fresh Yellowfin and Blackfin Tuna.

Dit is olifantenzeik volgens mijn vrienden. Ik twijfel nog. 😉

28 Oct 21 bottle date. Flavor‘s good, but this batch could use more carbonation.

Good, but way too young. Much more mellow compared to a young Girardin or 3F. Perfect for aging 😘👌

Eine richtig starke Geuze. Wunderbar ausgewogen, Apfel, Limettenchale, fast schon wie ein herber Apfelwein. Ein handwerkliches Meisterwerk!

So much funk on the nose. It’s there on the tongue, but also has an earthy sweetness. Always happy to drink this. Could probably use a few years to amp up the funk. 750ml, 9*

I don’t have actual lambic glasses unfortunately but these Third Moon anniversary glasses will do! A bit of apple, barnyard funk and lemon on the nose, the mid is refreshing, light, vinous and slightly tart, a hint of sour lemon and acidic finish, amazing

Pour la centième dégustation c est une gueuze d’une des grandes brasseries bruxelloises!! Très légère, pétillante et acide. Une autre bière classique dans le répertoire!

Lemony and unripe grapefruit on the nose with some barnyard funk. It drinks smooth, the sourness is there to bind the fruity characteristics present on the nose with a low grainy malt. It’s very refreshing on the finish, the bright citruses linger.
